Why does the site seem to be slow? |

If our site seems slow, it's usually one of three things:
- Temporary technical down-time while we're making quick updates to the site. Try back in a while, and if the problem persists please call our Customer Care team toll-free: 800-942-1495. If outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact our Beverly Hills Headquarters.
- Your Internet connection rate is slow. Double-check your modem settings or connection speed to make sure you're connected at the highest possible rate.
- The Internet itself may be experiencing a traffic jam. Try back in a while.
