| How do I clear my cache & cookies for Internet Explorer (version 6.0)? |
Follow the steps below to clear your Internet cache
and your browser cookies. Click the images to see

| Step 1 |
| Click on the ‘Tools’ tab on the top of your browser and choose ‘Internet Options’ from the bottom of the menu. |

| Step 2 |
| The ‘Internet Options’ window should open with the contents of the ‘General’ tab displayed. If it does not open with the ‘General’ tab displayed, click on the ‘General’ tab.
To execute the ‘clear cache’ process, click on the ‘Delete Files’ button. |

| Step 3 |
| A new box will appear confirming the action to delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Click ‘OK’.
The process may take a couple of minutes depending on how much data has to be cleared. |

| After the process of deleting temporary files has been completed, the ‘Internet Options’ window should remain open. To delete old cookies, click ‘Delete Cookies’. |

| Click the ‘OK’ to initiate the process.
